We have a long tradition of philanthropy and support of the performing arts. During the late eighteenth century Thomas Coutts supported many of London's theatres through charitable donations.
The Coutts Arts Festival took place over three consecutive evenings in January 2011. We had a fantastic line up of nine arts organisations including the Rose Theatre, Young Vic and English National Opera. Each evening, three different organisations showcased an exclusive performance, specifically designed for the festival, sharing a glimpse of the high quality work they constantly deliver. It was an opportunity for those who already do, or are interested in supporting the arts, to attend.
The festival was a great success and much appreciated by everyone who took part.
